What we expect from you

  • Completed training as an engineer or technician / master
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in mechanical and plant engineering (preferably bulk material technology)
  • Negotiation skills in dealing with customers and suppliers (national and international)

What you should bring

  • Knowledge of project management methods
  • IT skills (MS Office, PM software, CAD software)
  • Spoken and written knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are desirable

SGG Systems GmbH, based in Übach Palenberg, is a supplier of machines and systems for bulk material handling. We advise our customers not only in the planning of the plant projects, but also in production and maintenance. For internal project processing/ordering and the organization of spare parts management, we are looking for a:

 

Employee with a commercial background

 

Your tasks:

  • Organizing the ordering process
  • Processing orders in the ERP system
  • Contact person for customers and suppliers
  • General administrative activities
  • Organization and supervision of project documentation
  • Planning and monitoring our incoming and outgoing deliveries

 

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in the commercial sector or in a tax office
  • Good dealings with suppliers and customers
  • Good knowledge of German and good English
  • Independent, flexible way of working
